The past is the past and the future, is always the present.
I guess anxiety isn't virtually explainable. When someone asks me "Why do you act like this?", I can't really explain it. I think the best explanation of it is that something has taken over me. It's not me that's making myself acting like this, it's something else.
I am getting very, very slightly better at dealing with this (I've had it for years...), but I'm having a lot of councilling to help me. It helps a bit, but not much. But I'm seeing this group of doctors who seem like they know what they're on about at the moment and hopefully they'll find a solution to stop my panic attacks.
Aaaaaaanyway, long moan about my personal life out of the way XD This really shows what sufferers go through. I hope I can reach the "Y" one day and not make everyone around me upset. That's the worst thing; watching everyone run around to make you happier, worrying constantly
